- When a person purchases duty-free goods at a designated duty-free shop located in International Convention Center Jeju or Seongsan Port, the person can collect the goods after they are transported to the pick-up counter from a storage warehouse or a bonded area of a station in the airport or port according to the bonded transportation procedure [Article 15(5) of the 「Notification on Operation of Designated Duty-free Shop in Jeju Free International City」].

- Duty free goods purchased from a designated duty free shop shall be packed and handed over separately to customers ( Article 15 (3) of the「Notification on Operation of Designated Duty Free Shop in Jeju Free International City」).

- After confirming the name and amount of purchased goods upon receipt of the goods, a purchaser signs to confirm the delivery [See the 「Notification on Operation of Designated Duty Free Shops in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province」, Article 28; The 「Notification on the Licensing and Operation of Bonded Store」, Article 38(7)].

- Since a person purchases duty free goods at duty free shops in the Jeju International Airport or Port Passenger Terminal with identification and a boarding pass after the procedure of ticket issue and check in, the goods can be delivered on the spot.
