Checking dispute settlement standards
Criteria for settlement of consumer disputes- A dispute between consumers and businesses regarding housing repair should be settled through an agreement between the parties, but the consumer dispute settlement standard will be the basis for an agreement or recommendation to resolve the dispute if the dispute is not resolved by an agreement between the parties (Article 16 (3) of the Framework Act on Consumers, Article 8 (2) of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Consumers and the Criteria for Settlement of Consumer Disputes).
