If a person has received health care for a disease, injury, or childbirth (in case of stillbirth, it refers to 16 weeks or more of gestation) as no health care institution was available or there was no health care institution |

If a patient with chronic renal failure purchases or uses peritoneal perfusion or consumables used for automatic peritoneal dialysis at a drugstore other than a health care institution according to a doctor's prescription |
