Support for micro enterprises
Support for micro enterprises that operate side dish stores- “Micro-enterprises” refer to small businesses meeting all following qualifications (Article 2 of the Framework Act on Micro Enterprises and Article 3(1) of Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Micro Enterprises).
· The number of full-time workers shall be less than 10
· The number of full-time workers by business category, etc. shall meet the following standards
√ For mining business, manufacturing business, construction business, and transportation business: Less than 10 persons
√ Other business categories: Less than 5 persons
※ A full-time worker refers to a worker as prescribed in Subparagraph 1 of Article 2(1) of the Labor Standards Act, excluding any of the following (Article 3(3) of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of and Support for Micro Enterprises)
· Daily workers or workers employed on a daily basis under Article 20(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Income Tax Act and executives
· Persons who work for a set period of time within 3 months
· Personnel exclusively dedicated to research in a research institute annexed to a company or a department exclusively dedicated to research and development as acknowledged under Article 14-2(1) of the Basic Research Promotion and Technology Development Support Act
· Short-term workers in accordance with Subparagraph 9 of Article 2(1) of the Labor Standards Act (hereinafter referred to as “short-term workers”) whose fixed labor hours during a month are less than 60 hours
Support such as business startup training and counseling through the Micro Enterprise Support Center- The Small Enterprise and Market Service is in operation to efficiently perform projects for the management stability and growth of micro enterprises, and the Small Enterprise and Market Service has established ‘Micro Enterprise Support Center’ to provide equal services for micro enterprises (Article 17(1) and (4) of the Act on the Protection of and Support for Micro Enterprises).
