Permission on the operation of a side dish store by each special-purpose area- Article 76 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, Article 71 and attached Tables 2 through 22 of the Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, and attached Table 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Building Act shall be observed for permission on the operation of a side dish store by each special-purpose area.
※ The term "special-purpose area" refers to an area determined by an urban or Gun management plan not to be mutually overlapped, in order to utilize the land economically and efficiently, and to ensure an improvement of public welfare by limiting the land utilization and the use of buildings, building-to-land ratios (referring to the building-to-land ratio provided for in Article 55 of the Building Act), floor area ratios (referring to the floor area ratio provided for in Article 56 of the Building Act), heights of buildings, etc. (Subparagraph 15 of Article 2 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act).
