「Immigration Control Act」
- The 「Immigration Control Act」 sets forth the matters on entry into, departure from, and sojourning in the ROK by foreign students.
- The 「Immigration Control Act」 stipulates issuance of visas according to the sojourn status of foreign students and their entry into the ROK (Chapter 3 of the 「Immigration Control Act」); domestic sojourn and activities in, and departure from the country (Chapter 4 of the 「Immigration Control Act」); and foreigner registration (Chapter 5 of the 「Immigration Control Act」).

「Framework Act on Treatment of Foreigners Staying in the Republic of Korea」
- The「Framework Act on Treatment of Foreigners Staying in the Republic of Korea」 provides for matters on support for life of foreign students in the ROK.
「National Health Insurance Act」
- The 「National Health Insurance Act」 provides for subscription to health insurance by foreign students.
「Road Traffic Act」
- The 「Road Traffic Act」 stipulates matters on the acquisition of a driver's license by foreign students and recognition of international driver's licenses.
「Automobile Management Act」
- The 「Automobile Management Act」 stipulates matters on the registrations and checkups of automobiles after automobile purchases by foreign students.
