- If any of the following persons conducting sex commercial acts or holds receivables of a person to conduct sex commercial acts (including when the person transferred or took over the receivables), the receivables shall be nullified, regardless of the agreement form or purpose (Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.).

- The Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Credit Counseling and Recovery Service operates a credit recoverysupport program to promote the economic independence of women who escapedprostitution (Article 3 of the Act on the Prevention of Commercial Sex Acts andProtection, Etc. of Victims, and Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, 「2022 Guidelines to Operate Projects thatRaise Benefits of Women and Children」).
