Victims of Domestic Violence
Urgent relief of crime victims
Protection of crime victims and supporting agencies
- If a victim requires urgent help immediately after a crime of domestic violence, he/she will be entitled to request such help to the protection and support agencies of crime victims for urgent measures, evacuation to a hospital, contacting relatives among other measures (Article 4, subparagraph 1 of the “Crime Victim Protection Act”):
