Foods that fall under the category of on-site sales, manufacturing and processing business
The foods that can be manufactured and processed in the on-site sales, manufacturing and processing business are as follows (Article 36(3) of the Food Sanitation Act, Subparagraph 2 of Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 37 and attached Table 15 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Food Sanitation Act).
- All foods prepared in a food manufacturing and processing business pursuant to Subparagraph 1 of Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act and all foods which can be manufactured and processed in livestock product processing business under Subparagraph 3 of Article 21 of the Enforcement Decree of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act (excluding canned and bottled foods)
- Foods manufactured and processed by a food manufacturing and processing business operator or a livestock product processing business operator under Article 21(3) of the Enforcement Decree of the Livestock Products Sanitary Control Act, or foods imported and sold by an import and sales business operator as registered under Article 15(1) of the Special Act on Imported Food Safety Control, which are sold on-site within the on-site sales, manufacturing and processing business to final customers in the amount desired by each customer.
