Those subject to quarantine inspection for entry and departure by land
Submitting necessary documents for quarantine inspection for entry and departure by land- Persons or means of transport such as trains and cars entering or departing from the Republic of Korea by land shall submit to the director of the quarantine station and undergo a quarantine inspection (Article 12-5 (1) of the Quarantine Act and Article 6-6 (1) of the Enforcement Rules of the Quarantine Act).
· List of crew members and passengers
· Train and car health status report
· Travel record declaration
· Other documents requested by the director of the quarantine station for quarantine inspection
Those subject to omitting the quarantine notice- If the Minister of Unification requests consultation about persons and means of transport entering or departing from the Republic of Korea (proviso of Article 23 (2) of the Inter-Korean Exchange and Cooperation Act), the KDCA commissioner may omit some procedures for quarantine notification (Article 12-5 (2) of the Quarantine Act and Article 6-6 (2) of the Enforcement Rules of the Quarantine Act).
